An Evening Under the Stars

We head out this afternoon for a tour with a difference; departing gympie after lunch we travel along the mary Valley Highway and through Goomeri to Nanango to visit red Fox Pitaya's Dragon Fruit Farm. Here we will see these amazing vine-like cacti, experience a guided tour and enjoy afternoon tea. From here we make our way to the Maidenwell Hotel where we enjoy an early dinner, before continuing to the Maidenwell Astronomical Observatory for the night show. on this night we will enjoy a thin crescent moon giving us clear views of all the winter constellations and also the planets Saturn & Mars that will be visible at this time. Afterward we make our way back to Gympie following a beautiful evening amongst the stars. Tour includes anfternoon tea and tour at Red Fox Pitaya's Dragon Fruit Farm, dinner at the Maidenwell Hotel and night show at the Maidenwell Astronomical Observatory.

Departs Jaycee Way, Gympie at 1:00pm and returns approximately 10:30pm
